The main objective of this report is to study and unearth live social media Insights/Perceptions/Sentiments related to Etihad Airways with the help of Tech Vedika’s BigAI™ Platform. Tech Vedika empowers enterprises to extract actionable insights from their large data sets in a fraction of time and cost.

Company Background:

Etihad Airways is the second largest airline in the UAE. The airline operates more than 1000 flights per week. The company operates Etihad Holidays and Etihad Cargo alongside its core activity of passenger transportation.

For this exercise, we crawled a few hashtags, handles and Facebook pages related to Etihad and its competitors such as Emirates and Qatar for a year and listened to the same in real time to ingest the data in streaming mode. We analyzed social time trends, social activity trends, Twitter sentiment analysis, Twitter influencers, Facebook sentiment analysis, social activity by Geography, word cloud analysis and social sentiment comparative analysis.
